WHY MyoTape?
Unlike other lip tapes, MyoTape does not cover the mouth. Instead, it gently surrounds the mouth, bringing the lips together with a light, elastic tension that helps to maintain lip closure and ensure nasal breathing.

Expert recommendation
- In order to achieve better and faster results, an ENT examination is recommended beforehand.
- Start using it slowly (30 minutes, then increase to several hours during the day before sticking the MyoTape on overnight).
- Remove the MyoTape SLOWLY after use - this will prevent micro-tears in the skin and at the same time protect you from rashes caused by dirt getting in.
- When applying it, we recommend pulling lightly (approx. 30%) on the tape, which will make it even easier for you to close your lips.
- The tape has proven to be particularly effective for snorers.

How should you measure?
It's very simple! Take a ruler or tape measure and stand in front of the mirror. Relax your face and mouth and measure from one corner of the mouth to the other.
