The website operator or page provider collects data about accesses to the page and stores them as "server log files". The following data is logged in this way:
 - Visited website
- Time at the time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source/reference from which you came to the page

The data collected is only used for statistical analysis and to improve the website. However, the website operator reserves the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of illegal use.
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other regulations to which the responsible party is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.

Cookies

We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Handling of personal data

The website operator collects, uses and discloses your personal data only if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of such data. Personal data includes all information that can be used to identify you personally and that can be traced back to you - for example, your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

User account

In order to be able to place orders via this offer, each customer must set up a password-protected customer account. This contains an overview of orders placed and active order processes. If you leave the online store as a customer, you will be logged out automatically. The operator assumes no liability for password misuse, unless this was caused by the operator itself.

Order process

All data, which are entered by customers in the course of an order transaction, are stored. This includes:
- Name, first name
- address
- payment data
- e-mail address
No data is transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banking institutions / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
After cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event that a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).
As a user, you have the possibility to cancel your registration at any time by sending us an informal email. You can have the data stored about you changed at any time by informal communication by email to us. If the data is required for the fulfillment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, a premature deletion of the data is only possible insofar as contractual or legal obligations do not prevent a deletion.

Handling of contact data

If you contact the website operator using the contact options offered, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your request. Without your consent, this data will not be disclosed to third parties. The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO if the user has given his consent.
The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. If the e-mail contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. The revocation can be made by informal declaration to the aforementioned e-mail address. All personal data stored in the course of contacting us will be deleted in this case.

Newsletter

On our website there is the possibility to subscribe to a free newsletter. When registering for the newsletter, the data from the input mask is transmitted to us. In addition, the following data is collected during registration:
a) IP address of the calling computer.
b) Date and time of registration
If you purchase goods or services on our website and provide us with your e-mail address, this may subsequently be used by us to send you a newsletter. In such a case, only direct advertising for our own similar goods will be sent via the newsletter.
In connection with the data processing for the dispatch of newsletters, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter. The legal basis for the processing of data after registration for the newsletter by the user is, if the user has given his consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
The collection of other personal data during the registration process serves to prevent misuse of the services or the e-mail address used. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Accordingly, the user's e-mail address is stored as long as the subscription to the newsletter is active. The subscription to the newsletter can be cancelled by the user concerned at any time. For this purpose, a corresponding link can be found in each newsletter. This also enables revocation of consent to the storage of personal data collected during the registration process.
We send our newsletter using the CleverReach newsletter service.
