Payment / Shipping

• From an order value of 50€ we deliver within Austria free of shipping costs. For delivery within Austria we charge a flat rate of 4,9€ gross per order under 50€ order value.
• For delivery to Germany we charge up to 8,9€ gross per order, depending on the number and size of items under 100€ order value. Small packages are charged with 5,9€. The actual shipping price will be displayed in the shopping cart. From an order value of 100€ we deliver free of shipping costs to the EU and Switzerland. 
• Below this order value (100.-€), the shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. If your order is delivered in several partial deliveries, we will charge you the freight or parcel shipping fee only once.
• If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, further customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to ask the customs or tax authorities for details before placing the order. Shipping charge for order value below 100€ to EU and Switzerland is 13,95€  (except Germany).
• Delivery times: Delivery time in Austria is 1-3 business days. Deliveries to the EU 3-7 business days.
