Myospots nasal strips improve breathing through the nasal airway.
Narrowed or blocked nostrils may lead to resistance to airflow through the nose, which in turn forces you back to mouth breathing, which can result in snoring.
Myospots nasal strips adhere to the nostrils, and the stiff fabric inside them stretches the nares, widening them to allow increased nasal airflow. In addition, Myospots nasal strips are infused with natural peppermint oil to help keep your nasal airways open and provide a cool and fresh airflow during sleep. The natural peppermint oil helps to counteract the effect of any allergens (such as dust and pollen grains) that can result in allergies and, consequently, partial or complete blockage of nasal airways during sleep.
Myospots nasal strips are made with a specially engineered adhesive that is safe and hypoallergenic to ensure that you will not experience skin irritations. The adhesive material of the strips also allows you to easily apply and remove the strip without leaving any residue behind.
Using the lip tape with the nasal strips during sleep ensures a dual effect where the lip tape seals your lips together to prevent mouth breathing, while the nasal strips keep your nasal airways patent to facilitate nasal breathing.

This may vary by brand of thickener, but in general if you're using thickened liquids, "nectar" consistency works fine. "Honey" is a bit harder to suck through the straw, but it does work.
