Myospots™ are the little helpers on the palate for learning the tongue rest position. They adhere to the palate for up to 45 minutes.

Are you in the process of learning your natural tongue position? With the Myospots™ you have the perfect partner in your hand to train the adherence of the tongue rest position.
Application:
- Before sticking it on, take a small sip so that the palate is moist and the Myospot adheres well.
- Press 1 Myospot™ with one finger on the papilla incisiva (tongue rest position), hold against it with gentle pressure for about 10 seconds to secure the Myospot™ well.
- To prevent the Myospot from sticking to the tongue immediately and coming off the palate, moisten the Myospot with a little saliva.
- To "stick" the Myospot even better to the palate, press lightly against it with your tongue.
- The Myospot should now stick well and the tongue resting position training can begin

This may vary by brand of thickener, but in general if you're using thickened liquids, "nectar" consistency works fine. "Honey" is a bit harder to suck through the straw, but it does work.
