The large set offer from Myospots™ contains 3 packs of Nasal Strips (120 pieces in total), 3 packs of Lip Tape (120 pieces in total) and one pack each of Myospots™ Blueberry, Banana and Strawberry (300 pieces in total).
The aim of this large set is to memorize tongue resting position and nasal breathing into the subconscious and to benefit from the health advantages in the long term.
The concept of the Myospots™ is to store nasal breathing and tongue rest position DIRECTLY into the subconscious. The Myospots™ are regularly stuck to the palate so that the tongue always finds its intended place in the palate and remains there.
The Myospots™ Lip Tape was deliberately designed to be so small so that the lips are only given a constant reminder to stay closed. It is so small that there is still enough space at the side to breathe through the mouth if you feel stressed by nasal breathing. This can happen to people who are new to breathing through their nose. Mouth breathing allows too much oxygen to enter the body and during nasal breathing the body has to get used to the new composition of blood gases.
The Myospots™ Nasal Strips are infused with peppermint oil - this mechanically dilates the nostrils (due to the stiff tissue inside them) and the peppermint oil ensures a cool and fresh flow of air.
The large set has been put together to make it easy for you to incorporate tongue rest and nasal breathing into your routine.

This may vary by brand of thickener, but in general if you're using thickened liquids, "nectar" consistency works fine. "Honey" is a bit harder to suck through the straw, but it does work.
