The Twin pendant from ARK is the thinnest pendant (0.76 cm thick).
The pendant is smooth on both sides and is well suited for those who prefer to chew with the premolars and/or front teeth (for slimmer versions that reach the back molars, see ARK's Krypto-Bite, Brick Stick or Bite Saber).
Ideal for improving concentration during certain activities such as homework. For sensory oral motor skills and/or as a safe alternative to chewing/biting on fingers, knuckles, shirts, pencils etc.
The Twin pendants are available in 3 color-coded toughness levels:
- Standard / soft - This is the softest level recommended for light chewing.
- XT / medium - This is the medium level recommended for moderate chewing.

This may vary by brand of thickener, but in general if you're using thickened liquids, "nectar" consistency works fine. "Honey" is a bit harder to suck through the straw, but it does work.
