The Tran-Quill® pen from ARK is a great way to train and improve your handwriting! In this set, the ARK Z-Vibe® comes with the special attachment for pens. This gives you the option of using the vibration of the Z-Vibe without affecting your writing/drawing. The combination of the vibration and the special texture, weight and shape of the Z-Vibe can help to increase focus and concentration, improve memorization, normalize writing speed, increase hand strength and dexterity and reduce grip strength.

This may vary by brand of thickener, but in general if you're using thickened liquids, "nectar" consistency works fine. "Honey" is a bit harder to suck through the straw, but it does work.
