🫁 Training protocol (manufacturer-aligned)

• Frequency: 2 sessions/day, 6 days/week
• Volume: 2 × 10 full breaths per session, then ~1 minute rest
• Intensity: ~50–70% of max. strength (target ≈60%), progress resistance once 10 reps feel easy
• Technique: upright posture; seal with lips (not teeth); inhale/exhale through the mouthpiece
• Programming options: emphasize longer, controlled exhalation when stability/endurance is the goal
• Time course: practice for minimum 4 weeks; some users report change after ~1–2 weeks
• Safety: single-user device – do not share

• Daily cleaning with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly

• Airway stenosis/mass; unstable hemodynamics
• Stop if dizziness or pain occurs; consult a healthcare professional
