✅ How to use

• Breathe in and out through the device with adjustable resistance
• Recommended: 2 sessions per day, 6 days per week
• 2 × 10 breaths per session with ~1 minute pause
• Track progress via the Breather Coach App (iOS App Store only) and video resources

• Daily cleaning with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly

• If using a filter adapter: replace filters per hygiene protocol to minimize aerosol risk

• Airway stenosis/mass; unstable hemodynamics
