💨 Training Ideas & Exercises
- Keep the ball suspended in the air for as long as possible using a steady airflow.
- Blow the ball into the air repeatedly and catch it safely in the basket.
- While keeping the ball suspended, turn around one or more times.
- Tilt the Flow-Ball ULTRA® slightly up or down to make the ball spin.
- Blow the ball into a cup or container from a short distance.
- Pass the ball to a partner by tilting the Flow-Ball ULTRA® without letting it touch the ground.
- Also suitable as a fun breathing game for families, therapy groups or classrooms.
