🦷 ARK’s Textured Grabber® – For Realistic Chewing Practice & Oral Stimulation
Developed by Debra C. Lowsky, MS, CCC-SLP, the Textured Grabber® is the textured version of the popular original Grabber®. Its innovative P-shape with loop handle allows for easy holding, especially for small or limited-mobility hands. The long extension easily reaches the back molars.
The Textured Grabber® offers three different surface textures:
- smooth
- with round bumps
- with rectangular ridges
These textures simulate the feeling of real food, providing realistic chewing training. They also help to stimulate the lips, tongue, gums, and cheeks, which can reduce oral defensiveness and make the transition from purees to solid foods easier.
