ARK's Hollow Bite Tube – two diameters, endless chewing possibilities
The Bite Tube from ARK is a hollow oral tool with a different diameter on each end. It serves as a safe alternative to nail biting, chewing on clothes, or other unwanted habits.
Use it in myofunctional therapy to train jaw strength and stability. The hollow design makes it perfect for individuals looking to practice chewing skills, fulfill their chewing needs, or incorporate it into feeding therapy routines.
✨ Functional chewing training
LOGICANA recommendation: Fill one end of the hollow Bite Tube with puréed food. This enables functional chewing and biting training without the risk of choking on solid food. The two different diameters also allow for exercises with varying jaw openings. Because it's hollow, the Bite Tube offers less resistance than solid chew tools like the Grabber®, making it an excellent starter tool for individuals with limited bite strength.
🧼 Cleaning
For optimal internal cleaning, soak the Bite Tube in water first to loosen any food residue. Then clean it with a brush and place it in the dishwasher.

This may vary by brand of thickener, but in general if you're using thickened liquids, "nectar" consistency works fine. "Honey" is a bit harder to suck through the straw, but it does work.
