ARK's Baby Grabber® (Textured) is just like the Baby Grabber but with added bumps and nubs for extra sensory input.
Each Baby Grabber is designed to calm and soothe infants, who are in the early stages of development. At approximately 5-6 months, babies start mouthing and chewing in order to strengthen their mouth muscles and exercise their lips, tongue, and jaw. This oral exploration prepares them to eat solid foods and to make speech sounds later on. The Baby Grabber® provides a safe outlet for babies to develop these skills. It can also assist in self-organization, in the transition from puréed to textured foods, and in soothing sore gums.
The Baby Grabber is smooth on one half and textured on the other half for varying sensory input and tactile stimulation to the gums and mouth. For orally sensitive little ones - start by presenting the smooth half and eventually progress to the textured half. Measures approximately 11,2cm in length and just under 6,4cm inches across the loop.
- The light blue, yellow, and pink Baby Grabbers are soft and chewy. The turquoise Baby Grabber is firmer yet still chewy and pliable. Teething babies may prefer the firmer option, as it provides added resistance and input to the gums.
- Baby Grabbers are recommended for children up to the age of 2 and a half years. After that, children should graduate to the regular Grabber or Y-Chew.

ARK's Bite Tube is a hollow chew tool with a different diameter on each end.Use it as a safe alternative for anyone who needs to chew. They can also be used as an oral motor tool to work on jaw strength and stability. The tube-like extension is perfect for individuals who want their chew tool to "collapse" more, whether as a sensory chew and/or in feeding therapy. As an oral motor tool, use it to practice biting/chewing skills without the risk of choking, to build jaw strength and stability, and to exercise the mouth muscles.Put puréed foods inside the tube for functional biting/chewing practice - when the individual bites down, they will be rewarded with a taste of food. The two different diameters allow you to work on varying jaw heights.
